Bearing in mind your location and the goods purchase, Miss Gifted carefully selects the best delivery service to ensure you receive your gift as quickly as possible.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, unless specified otherwise.

Express Service

Orders dispatched via Australia Express Post are usually received next business day providing the delivery postcode is within the Australia Post Express Post national network, for further information please click here.

All orders are registered for tracking and orders can be delivered to PO Boxes. Please ensure someone it at the delivery address during business hours to accept the parcel. For recipients who work full-time it may be best to give a work address for delivery.

If no recipient is present at time of delivery, the driver will either leave the parcel if it is permitted safe or a calling card will be left to collect it from the post office.

Regular Service - (1- 7 business days*)

Each parcel has a delivery tracking number. Please ensure someone it at the delivery address during business hours to accept the parcel, you may want to consider a work address for delivery. If no recipient is present at time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining how to arrange collection. *Please allow up to 10 working days for WA & NT deliveries.

Sydney Metro Deliveries (same/next business day)

Sydney Metro deliveries are delivered via Fastway Couriers and are received either the same or the next business day. Please click here to view the map of Sydney Metro delivery zone. A signature is required upon receipt. If no recipient is present at time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining how to arrange

Should you have a request for an urgent delivery, please contact us, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Missing Parcels

On the rare occasion that a parcel does not arrive within the prescribed destination time:

  • Check for a courier/Australia Post calling card
  • Contact your local PO or Courier Service using the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatchment
  • Please contact us however please consider the full estimated delivery time (please consider NSW Public Holidays)

Although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, we cannot take responsible for courier delays.
