Ordering
Ordering is simple at Miss Gifted.
1. Browse.
Click through the categories to the left and then on products of interest to view more details and from there you can add the item to your 'gift box'
OR
2. Checkout.
Once you are satisfied with the item/s in your 'gift box', you can select the 'checkout' button in the top right hand corner to confirm your product choice(s) and total quantities.
3. Confirm.
Finally, fill out the simple billing & delivery details form, you will then be directed to paypal secure site for payment. It's that simple!
Payment
Orders can be placed securely online by credit card. We accept
Visa, Mastercard. Alternatively you can pay via a
Paypal account.
To ensure your details remain confidential we use Paypal who uses a server using 128bit SSL Security or higher.
If you prefer direct bank transfer we will provide you with our bank details and you can direct deposit your payment to our account.
Details will be provided via email or phone.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address and we will process your order and post it within 24hrs of receipt of payment.

For your convenience, we also accept orders via fax and email.

Ordering Process
You can order online at anytime! Orders are process during business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed the following business day. NSW public holidays are observed.
Online
All prices are in Australia dollars and include the Australian GST.
All colours of garments and product reproduced as accurately as possible, however a light variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
To return to the homepage, at any time, click on the Miss Gifted logo in the top left hand corner on the screen.
Loss or damage in transit
All gifts from Miss Gifted are packaged with care and safety in mind. If for any reason item/s are damaged during transit please contact us immediately to discuss the matter.
Please double-check delivery details when placing your order to avoid delays and unexpected delivery charges.
We will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from item/s lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Refunds & Exchange
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind Miss Gifted will happily exchange or issue a credit note providing the following conditions have been met:

The item/s with their orginal receipt are returned with 7 days of receipt of goods

The item/s are in their original condition as purchased with all labels & tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
Before returning any item/s to us, kindly contact us so we can arrange the exchange or credit note. An exchange is subject to availability of goods. We will exchange/ issue a credit note to the value of the item/s purchased. Shipping charges are not refundable (unless item/s are faulty or not as ordered). Do not re-use our courier bag.
